Hire the best email campaign managers

An Email Campaign Manager is a digital marketer who plans, creates, and executes bulk email broadcasts to a subscriber list. Responsibilities include:

• Segmenting the audience based on past purchase behavior or engagement.
• A/B testing subject lines to increase Open Rates.
• Analyzing Click-Through Rates (CTR) and managing list hygiene (bounces/unsubscribes).

Campaign Managers use ESPs (Email Service Providers). Key tools include:

• Klaviyo (Industry standard for e-commerce).
• Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign for broad marketing.
• Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering tests across devices.
• HTML/CSS for custom template design.

While an Email Campaign Manager focuses on the strategy, segmentation, delivery, and analytics of the email, an Email Copywriter focuses purely on writing the persuasive words and subject lines inside the email.
