On day 13, I asked about to see a sketch and got no reply. On day 16, after the delivery date had passed, I reached out to express my disappointment...

She sent me a custom offer with a 10-day delivery and then never did anything. I asked for a progress update on day 8, nothing. I asked for an update day 11, again, nothing. I finally canceled my order on day 13 after she wasted two weeks of my time. Avoid.
